Love the customer service I get there, especially from the male assistant. Always goes out of his way to help and carry my dog food out. Nothing is too much trouble, if only every store had such fantastic customer service, well done Wanneroo :)

Lonely people that work here, the older guy who has turtles 🐢 is full of information. He was able to help me work out if mine is a male or female. He didn't rush me off like others do he was willing to listen and answer any questions I had. Also the crickets were fresh and full containers unlike other places. Great place to buy from. My frogs 🐸 loved their food thank you

This store has to be the best store NoR. They have a excellent range of products at great prices. The customer service is absolutely phenomenal- so knowledgeable, support, patient and kind. I do wish they had more cat toys, but they do have items for other animals that are hard to find. Highly recommend!

We have been to this store 3 times in as many weeks and have left there feeling happy with our visit each time. We haven't been rushed or made to feel like we were in the way and every single staff member we came across knew what they were talking about. For example, Inaya spent a lot of time talking us through the purchase of our birds today; answering any questions we had, and filling in any gaps in our knowledge. She didn't make us feel dumb. Whilst we were very excited to be getting birds, we were very nervous, and she filled us with a lot of confidence. Our new feathered family members are comfortable in their new home now.
